  또래 멘토는 긍정적인 사고와 행동을 보이는 경험 많은 수감자입니다. 이들은 다른 수감자들이 교도소 내에서 더 나은 선택을 하고 '올바른 생활'의 모범을 보이도록 돕습니다.

  프로그램 기간

  세 가지 세션

• 

  자격

  - 장기 복역 중(종신형 또는 장기 형 우선) - 지난 2년간 수감 사실이 없음 - 몸단장 및 취침 규칙 준수 - 긍정적인 사고와 행동 보여주기 - 리더십과 공감 능력 보여주기 - 글과 말로 잘 소통하기 - 그룹을 이끌고 동료에게 책임을 물을 수 있음 - 직원이 또래 멘토로 승인한 경우
